The OTTOGI Korean Vermicelli (also known as Glass Noodle) is composed entirely of sweet potato starch. It has a chewy and soft feel similar to noodle. OTTOGI vermicelli is chewy and does not quickly go soggy. Noodles that are easy to split for quick and easy cooking. This is commonly used in cooking Japchae, which is a famous Korean glass noodle stir fry dish.
